Here we go again!

After the release of Gods and Kings some Wonder and their usefulness have changed, so I want to introduce a new Elimination Thread. Each Wonder starts with 20 points.
How to vote:
Copy the list from the last post and give the wonder you like +1 point - and mark green, the wonder you dislike most -2 and mark red. Now that there are less than 20 wonders left and to accelerate the process votes are -3 and +1 .

Please give reasons and please vote only once within 24 hours.

A wonder that hits 0 points or below is elimminated and please deleate it from the list you copy.

PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE WHEN YOU VOTE, AS VOTES ARE NOT RECOGNISED AS VOTES SOMETIMES!!! THANK YOU!!!!

The final ranking - and thanks for all your votes and posts:

I think AW is way too late with Education, Theology as it was in vanilla is definitely better. I like the + 30-40 happiness from Eiffeltower

Thinks you should have added them all...

Angkor Wat: Not worth the hammers 95% of the time.
Great Library: Probably one of the best early game wonders aside from Petra (but this one will be hyped anyway :D).

Leaning tower of Pisa : Free GP laways comes handy. Nuff' said.
Colosuss : I don't find myself building it anytime unless I'm playing Archipelago or similar. It gets snatched in my games also. Too much map dependency.

Pyramids is good all round wonder with hammer cost of two workers similar to hammer cost of the wonder, plus early GP point. Combined with liberty, makes for very efficient infrastructure development early in the game.
Great Wall.... vs AI, who needs to slow their movement as ai sucks at combat in CiV?

Angkor Wat because it isn't worth the hammer.
Alhambra because i feel its a very strong wonder that can give your units a big edge (starting with 3 promotions and next promotion could be March).

I added the Hanging Gardens (for some reason left out of the OP) because it is my favorite early wonder. At the point you get it, the bonus to pop growth is just huge, and it helps with basically all winning strategies.

Thanks for adding the Hanging Gardens.

I was hurrying to much: wrote Eliminatin Thread instead of Elimination Thread, reduced only 1 point instead of 2 points from Angor Wat and forgot to add the Hanging Gardens.

I like Big Ben because in every game I play I'm going to be purchasing buildings and units. Plus I wanted to pick something that was universal for most of my games and always useful.
I picked Ankor Wat because I suppose that the bonus is "the least useful of the wonders. That's not to say it isn't useful and I wouldn't use it in certain situations (like when playing Washington for super cheap tiles!)

Hubble +1 because I met one of the astronauts who fixed it and he had great stories. I was also glad to see the devs include another contemporary wonder, and anything to do with space is awesomesauce. Plus, it's seriously OP, intenionally so (according to an article I read).

Great Wall -2 because I never get to build it before the AI. I also do not understand how it's graphical representation works, it never even comes close to wrapping around my contiguous borders, and it will shrink when territory is captured but not grow when terrritory is aquired.

Stonehenge is a miracle worker now. Get it and you're not only guaranteed a swift religion, but also a much faster/easier time to grab a 2nd great prophet to enhance that religion, as well as building pagodas/cathedrals/mosques/monasteries and spreading your faith early. Stonehenge is also my must have wonder.

Oh... and yes, Angkor Wat is stupid and comes to late. It should come as early as the Hanging Gardens (or switch the benefits of the Wat and the Hanging Gardens).

one more thread to go till Angkor Wat gets eliminated! Well, just don't want spend hammers there...
Hubble is great for Science VC, and can help domination games too.

You guys cut out Alhambra. It's score was 21.

PT: Simple enough. 3+ RAs with PT + Rationalism and bam, like the fastest science victory already. I always want the PT, it's kind of like a must-have wonder, no matter what kind of game I'm playing. Well, except if I'm a warmonger, but chances are I'd still have 2 RAs at that point to benefit as well,

Stonehenge: guaranteed religion, equivalent to 5 shrines (hence 5 :c5gold: maintenance), and the earliest GE points in the game.

Terracotta Army: Even in a culture VC game, this wonder is disposable. The AI hardly even touches it before the Industrial Age . Needs a buff, maybe + :c5culture: whenever one of your units is defeated?

I can't believe people are getting down on the Great Wall. It's fantastic both defensively and offensively (I just took your city and now you can't move!). You can keep it in effect forever just by avoiding Dynamite (which is not completely avoidable). Plus the early free Great Engineer point is nice.

I've never seen the point of building Neuschwanstein Castle. Maybe if you're Ethiopia playing a culture game? Happiness isn't that hard to come by now, though.

I voted +1 Hubble earlier then the next person didn't copy my list and then it got voted again by someone later. I've corrected it's score here. They also did not copy my -2 vote for Great Wall. That is corrected as well, still looking for errors.
