Germany's discount is solid, but the random nature of the barb capture is rage inducing.

The Zulu UA means that anything produced in an Autocracy Brandenburg city starts with Logistics/March.

+2 to Bismarck's ability, to make it survive a vote more. It's actually decent now, but I still think it should be 100% chance.

-4 to Rome's ability. That's a cool ability you've got here, but Hanse is better than this, as it helps you in your capital, most likely gives a better bonus, as well as gives an increase when building wonders and units at the cost of coming later.
Also the rest of the Rome is lacking, not helping you with your UA at all. Two overrated early game UU's without any special promotions that remain after upgrades, while early game conquering and wide empires are no longer very viable.

Rome really deserves better, hope it gets buffed next.

Arabia - Ships of the Desert - 14 Fantastic UB and UU, but the UA doesn't really have any synergy with either of them. Religion spreading through trade routes isn't that fantastic, especially since you don't get any particular benefits to religion with this civ. Tithe might get you a little bit extra gpt than normal, but I doubt it is worth founding a religion for this civ just for this UA. Double oil comes pretty late and is only a bit of late gpt. If you have a costal city the +range for the caravans is useless, and internal trade routes are better early on in the game when you would want to use this part of the UA anyway. I think this should have been eliminated well before some others actually.

Arabia - Ships of the Desert - 10
I'm going to come out about not liking this one. While it might be historically accurate, it isn't worth founding a religion over and those oil resources are only useful to a warmonger. I liked the old Arabia much better where I got gold from stuff.

7 or 8 free great people over the course of the game is excellent, especially since a well timed engineer in the Renaissance or scientist for an early academy can make all the difference. Or the Maya can pop for a free prophet and a religion if they want. This UA rivals ingenuity if you ask me.

Rome - The Glory of Rome - 0 Once again, I've got to knock this one out, I don't think it's bad, it's just not that fantastic. Little too dependent on your starting location (particularly when it comes to terrain dependent buildings, Lighthouse, Windmill, Solar Plant, etc). If you build a bad Rome the rest of your empire will pay for it.
Russia - Siberian Riches - 20
Siam - Father Governs Children - 26 Ever since BNW and the World Congress, It's harder and harder to ignore city-states. With that in mind this bonus is very versatile whether your playing tall or wide, and it's very likely that you'll have at least a handful of CS's as your allies as some point in any game.
