Multiplayer Pack 1 = Explorer's Pack?

I just bought all the DLC available for Civ 5, and after checking "Civ 5 > View Downloadable Content" in my Steam library, I can't find the "Explorer's Pack" but I do see something called "Multiplayer Pack 1". I'm not sure if those are supposed to be the same thing, esp. because the description of the Explorer's Pack says they're singleplayer maps. So did I just not get the Explorer's Pack DLC I paid for, or is that description and title wrong/confusing?

Try starting a new game, going into custom options for the initial setup, and see if you can select Sandstorm as the map type. If you can, you have it. If you can't, something's screwy.

It's just listed wrong on Steam's DLC list. Multiplayer Map Pack 1 is the Explorer's Map Pack.
