Civ Rev is strictly random maps, except for Game of the Week, which are hand-tweaked by the developers. There is no player accessible facility for creating your own maps.

As I recall, there is a DLC pack for Civilization Revolution that includes a map of Earth. Only for the PS3 and XBox 360 versions, though.

Yes there is a DLC map of Earth which I have played numerous times.

That's great, but how does he import Civ IV maps into Civ Rev?
