Can't install BNW

Hey folks!

I got my BNW key a few mins ago and activated it but I can't see BNW on my library. when I try to run Civ 5 it starts G&K not BNW. btw, 12th jul 00:20 here. so, what's wrong? am I missing something?

Well, I checked Steam Store and it says I have to wait 2 more hours.

To the mods; you may lock the thread or we can use this for possible problems.
