A small mod i made to make ranged units less overpowered and make melee units the bulk of one's army.
Weakens the ranged unit line, while strengthening the melee line.

This mod gives the melee units (warriors, swordsman, etc) a big buff against cities (+33%).
It also gives ranged units a -33% penalty against cities and -20% against wounded units.

This is made to rectify the historical inaccuracy of civ5 regarding combat. This makes it so archers are anti-personnal units and not city takers. in reality Melee units and Siege units were used to assault cities.

Note: This does not change the spearman unit line (except the celt pictish warrior - he clearly holds a sword in his hand so i treated him like a melee unit ^^). It only gives the anti city bonus to the warrior line. this is made out of balances purposes as well to reflect pikeman as anti-horse defence units rather then assault troops.
 
why -20% vs wounded ? it seems strange... wounded guys can still take an arrow in the head.
