Where is the Hall of Fame data stored for Civ 4

I would like to start playing Civ4 on a different computer and want to move my current Hall of Fame data to the new computer. Where is the Hall of Fame data stored on the computer for vanilla Civ 4, Warlords and BTS ?

It's in

my documents/my games/{insert game version here}/replays

Just move all the replay files to you new PC and you're done.
