Tourism and moving people

I think I mentioned this a while back, but I thought I'd say something about it again. I liked the idea of tourism and/or moving people. We will probably need to wait until v2 to do this, but I thought I'd mention the idea. IRRC we were trying to make a mod that simulates the present day world as much as possible, and these things are something very big in the world today. It might require some advanced modding so I don't think we could get it in v1, but it is something we could think about.

Tourism: For tourism you could build things in your city like a theme park, and then tourists would be more likely to come and visit the theme park. The benefits would be something like gold and increased chances of moving people to that location (see moving people).

Moving People: Okay with this is is like the real world people don't always live in one place their whole life (like regular civ). So why not have people move around. It wouldn't be substantial amounts, but maybe one to two pop points. But that city could also gain some population. Things like attractions or health or building might cause some people to move. e.g. A sick city might loose some of its population, because they are moving to a city that is healthier. Most likely they will move to one of your cities, but there might be some building that would encourage people from other countries to yours. Still they will most likely move within your borders, but the could move internationally. There is always a small chance that one of your specialists of super specialist moves. This could make a very interesting strategies about seeing if you could get a super specialist to move to one of your cities. And would also make you try and make sure your specialists don't move.

Anyway, what do you guys think? If I need to explain any more I will.
