Will this expansion include warlord expansion?

I played civ 4 for a little while and quit. I'm wondering if this expansion will include the previous civ4 expansion the way that c3c includes ptw expansion. Or do I need to buy both of them?

In addition, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to patch this game correctly. Can I just buy this game and install it over the original civ 4 (the first copies sold) or do I need to fully patch civ 4 before I patch this expansion?

Also, has there been any good AI mods made yet? Will the AI finally be able to put up a good fight without resorting to unfair advantages? Can anyone point me out to any must have Civ4 mods?

BtS includes everything from Warlords except the scenarios.

Installing BtS should update your Civ4 installation.

The BtS AI isn't at all bad, but Bhruic's unofficial patch repairs a couple of nasty bugs, thereby improving AU behavior considerably.
