Interface background images

Is there a way to get rid of the background images in the interface screens of the research tree, city config, etc.

I have nothing against the images itself, but they are irritating if used as interface background. Especially if icons are rendered directly on it. It really hurts in the eyes.

Especially the tech tree and the right side of the city screens are painfull to look at.

You can disable the flavor screens in the BUG menu (I think it is under city tab or so)

However, I still have the annoying tech tree background.
Is there also a possibility to deactivate that one?

Okay, after a restart the tech tree background was also restored to normal.
