Snipping tool.
windows key + "sn" + enter + crop area I want + save as png + imgur + copy box that has the image location with bbcode [img] tags I guess if you want Excel tips, I can do that too, but it's mostly stuff you can learn on your own after fiddling around for five minutes.

I don't think my keyboard has an sn key. There's just a thing between l alt and l ctrl that looks like an arrow clicking a document and I have no idea what it's for.

I'm pretty sure I've seen an sn key before, though based on my craptacular memory, I'm probably thinking of SIN.
