first of all, I start project: The Palace of Jahor Nazid to make Samarquand a marvel of cultural greatness, to lead the great nation of turkia to (continue self-absorbed rambling)
second, I increase trade amongst cities and make routes to the west. If i can. I spend 1 into horse archers and 1 into infastructure.
I send my great forces to the south, in an attempt to invade. After attacking a few towns with halve my army, I make them run away unknown to the enemies. Confused, they will still sense security and figure I retreated,. They will (and when i say will, i mean if they do i will do the following) attack my near towns, and I let them conquer them. Then I attack with my other halve of my army. when they send more troops, then In strike with my army that disapeared into the bushes, conquering as many cities as possible. Nice.

Military:
1. All new troops recieved from allies (excluding deals worked out diplomatically) are to help in defending Israelite territory rather than assisting in offensive venture
2. Defending troops are to be stationed mainly along the border w/ Christendom, the Med coast, and the Province of Arabia
3. Troops (not talking about foriegn troops at all anymore) are to be split up as follws: Army Aleph (AA) will consist of 3,150 infantry, Army Bet (AB) of 780 cavalry, Army Gimel (AG) of 1,000 cavalry, and Army Dalet (AD) of 2,554 Macabees
4. Navy is to be divided into Fleet Aleph (FA) with 400 galleys and 400 tiremes, and Fleet Bet (FB) with 200 galleys and 300 tiremes
5. Launch a simultaneous attack along with the Armenian attack in the north that will go through the center of Anatolia using AB, they are to move straight toward Constantinople at the same rate as the Armenians or slower so as to assist in the assault. The army should be split with a forward division of 100 and a back divsion of 680, when encountering an enemy army the forward division will attack the enemy using bow fire (my cavalry is almost entirely horse archers dating from when you discerend between different types), when the enemy is sufficeintly weakened my forces will retreat appearing to be defeated causing the enemy to pursue. The enemy will be lured across a long run/gallop wearing them out until they find themselves on a long flat plain. My back division will be positioned here and then charge at them from all sides while my forward division changes horses. The enemy will be disorganised, tired, and dis-moraled. They will be an easy kill. The second strategy is the same except that the enemy is lured into a a canyon with shallow hill (not cliff or mountain) sides. My back division will decend on them from behind and the sides while my front division re-saddles and then charges on the enemy from what is now their back. The first strategy is Genghis Khan's dog-fight strategy based on nomadic hunting techniques that would be familiar to the Arabs and Kurds who my army train with. The strategy was very succesful. The second strategy is a revision of it to fit into the more hilly topography of the central Anatolian peninsula. KILL AS FEW CIVILIANS AS POSSIBLE!!!
6. At the same time send AG along the south and east coasts up to Costantinople in a sort of "L" shape, use the same strategies as AB. When ecnountering cities offer the city amnesty, which they should know that they will be granted since I have such a good reputation as a benevolent victor in war, if they refuse seige the city and when the city is taken kill only the ruling officials, though not local priests or any church officials who agree to seperate themselves from Rome, assuming that the officials decided to not surrender, not the civilians. Make certain to not desecrate any churches. KILL AS FEW CIVILIANS AS POSIBLE!!!
7. Meanwhie, load AA onto FA in Tel Aviv, send the fleet to Cyprus to take the isle landing in the countryside on teh south shore away from the population center and then marching straight to the main population center and seige the city, same deal with cities as in #6. KILL AS FEW CIVILIANS AS POSSIBLE!!!
8. After securing Cyprs hop over to Crete and do likewise. If when my galleys pass by Cyprus seems heavily fotified move on straight to Crete and take the island. KILL AS FEW CIVILIANS AS POSSIBLE!!!
9. From Crete the fleet is to move through the Agean as fast as possible steering clear of land sight so that I will not be spotted as much as possible to Constantinople landing on the European side and setting up a seige, offer the city amnesty and do likewise with it as with cities in #6. Try and negotiate with the Patriarch in Constantinople to get him to seperate the Eastern Church from the Papacy rejecting the Council of Nicea or whatever Sheep called it. After securing Constantinople my troops are to barricade around the European side of the city and my ships are to position themselves around the port with archers on board who have flaming arows and devices on board for greek fire to take down any Christian ships. When taking the city, KILL AS FEW CIVILIANS AS POSSIBLE!!!
10. At the same time that FA is going from Cyprus to Crete (if I took Cyprus) or through the Agean (if I didn't) I will launch FB with AD on board. The ship will sail through waters not in immediate site of land as much as possible so that I will not be spotted by anyone, the ships are to be disguised as food barges headed to ports to ship food to Austria, they are to land south of Dubruvnik, the disguise is only in case they are spotted, I don't want them to be seen at all, they are to unload AD south of Dubruvnik and then quietly and quickly head back to Israelite waters. If they encounter an enemy the macabees on board are to be brought out to assist rowing the galleys to quickly bring them out of the battle while the tiremes move forward cutting the galleys off from the enemy. Archers on board the tiremes are to shoot flaming arrows onto the deck of the enemy ships and into the sails so as to catch the enemy ships on fire. While the enemy is slowly sinking, my tiremes will escort the galleys out of the way to their destination and then back agian as quickly as possible. AD is to siegie Dubruvnik and apply the same tactics as in #6 except that all synagogues that were converted to churches will be reverted when I enter the city. My forces are then to meet up with Croat revolutionary forces and hand the city over to them. AD is to assist the Croats in the rebellion helping in military manuevers and also helping to train the Croats in tactics.
11. If Israel is invaded lure the enemy using an adaptation of the dog-fight tactic to the Jezreel valley. The attack would come in spring since that is traditional war time in the rest of the world during this period and paricularly since that is the first part of the year that ships can sail in the Med. During the spring the Jezreel valey becomes extremely muddy and flooded from the rivers, low elevation, surrounding high elevation, etc. limiting movement for all but light infantry. If I am attacked I am to maintain a light infantry prescence, this will allow me to cut down the enemy in the Jezreel. When they enter the Jezreel they will be tired, disorganizd, de-moralized, and they wont be able to even lift their legs for all of the weight causing them to sink into the mud. Also the Christians will either be using Roman/Greco-Byzantine style heavy infantry or European style medieval infantry, the two heaviest infantry ever. The main difference between a traditional dog-fight tactic and this one is that the soldiers will not be cavalry but rather light infantry. The effect will be much the same since my troops will still be much fasterand lighter, the only difference is that the fight in the Jezreel will be better prepared for. If they insist on going straight for Jerusalem, which is unlikely since, nay any, soldiers of the time could refuse persuing the enemy, use the hidden exit way (its under the temple, a somewhat famous facet of Jerusalem) to sneek a force outside of the city and behind the enemy. Use the false retreat tactic to bring the enemy away from the city gates and then send a much larger force outside of the city. If there is a close by force, then just use that force instead of sneaking a force out of the city.

I personally don't find those orders that long. When I play in NESes (unfortunately not that common, besides, I much preferred Modding), mine were at least one PM, probably two.

When my first NES was going (GOobNES01: Fallout), I would usually get 3 PMs of orders from silver, Gelion, Stormy, and especially Josef. So those above orders I say are short.

I especially liked BananaLees, when he would send me text documents, those would be LOOOONG!

Here is an example of some typical orders from me, when I was Australia in Stormy's most recent NES.

1.I have 9 eco to spend, according to stats. Remaining eco is in brackets.

3.The Collin Class Submarine, in case you are not familiar with it, is an Australian made Submarine. According to articles I’ve read, it is one of the best diesel electric submarines in the world, largest and most capable. This is a damn fine machine. Good Link here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collins_class_submarine Anyway, it has some problems, mainly with noise and weapons software, also it apparently cannot dive as deep as it is supposed to. The Australian Navy, to the best of my knowledge, has corrected these problems. I want to spend 1 eco to ensure that my 8 Collins class Submarines are working exactly as they should be. They should be as the article says, minus the problems. 1 eco should be way more then enough to fix all the problems with them. (6 eco remaining)
4.I discussed this with you on MSN, and this is my plan to built a Heavy Cruiser, the Howard-class, after our late Prime Minister. New Zealand has kindly offered to help us with it. I want this to be a fairly large boat, not the largest such in the world, since I don’t need that, just a large boat. Its main purpose? Well, I have plans for Australia to build or buy 3 Aircraft Carriers, and these boats will be part of my Carrier groups. Of course, they will also be able to stand alone. They will be able to house 2 Helicopters, one launch pad, but room for 2 Helis, as well as a team of 25 men, either regular Infantry, or Special forces, and all their gear. This is as well as all of their regular crew and equipment. This ship will be conventionally powered and I would like to use the new technology that we developed for the Collins-class Submarine in them. Specifically, highly automated, high performance hull, low indiscretion rates, high shock-resistance, efficient weapons-handling and an optional air-independent propulsion system. I want anechoic tiles on the hull, which deflect radar. It should have a sophisticated combat control system, which gathers its intelligence from sensors, processes the input and then launches and directs weapons. I want it to be fitted with this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LADAR, which is radar, but it uses lasers, which means it can make 3-D modelling of its surroundings, which is better, obviously, then Radar. Like the Collins-class, it should be totally designed by computer. You said this will cost 5 eco, with NZ paying 2 eco, that is fine, we’ll put 3 in this turn, and have it done this round. I think that is goes without saying that it will be fitted with enough torpedos, guns, weapons etc. to be a ferocious fighter on the seas. Ya, that’s fairly obvious, yes? Call it Project Howard for our stats, since this will be the Howard-class, in honour of former Prime Minister John Howard. (3 eco remaining)
5.Just so you know, Transparency International rated Australia as the 9th best country in the world for Corruption, scoring an 8.8/10, with 10 being totally corruption. Also, they rated us as the most competitive country in the world, ahead of, well, everyone, scoring 8.5/10. TI is pretty accurate, so those scores should say good things about Australia, and how competitive our economy is. *cough*

8.Cut taxes from 18% to 17%, as one of my stories said. Also, continue with the privatization of Crown Corporations, which should bring in revenue to off-set the loss from tax income. And do the Competition stuff. I want a Competitive economy, which is a healthy economy, from my knowledge of economics. 10.Me and Canada are building that Aircraft Carrier together that we talked about, Nuclear powered, 6 eco, 2 turns. I will invest 1 eco into it, since I’m kinda running out of money. It uses Collin-class Sub technology, can hold probably 20 or some planes and some Helis, we’ve discussed this. Smaller, yes, but that’s all I need. Call it Project Torres Island for a stats name, since I am naming my Carriers the Torres Island class after the Torres Islands near Papua New Guinea. (0 eco remaining)

North America

Allow Lavoisier a large amount of flexibility, however, pressure him to loot funds from the economic centers he reaches, in order to provide money for himself to fund his campaigns, as France is cut off from providing him with support. Also stress the importance of consolidating his gains, and making sure not to stretch himself too thin. Otherwise, let him run the campaign as he sees fit, as France and the Consiel cannot do much to aid him at this time.

Grant the Mayans independence at current borders, seeing as we cannot manage a war with them at this time.

Spain

Muster whatever support we can, and using our Catalonian contacts, incite an anti-english insurgency within Catalonia, in an attempt to throw out the British occupiers, move to do this just as the Portugese move into spain to help evict the Federates.

Throughout the rest of Spain, muster whatever other support we can get from divisions and begin marches towards central Spain and away from the coast - also move to support Portugese movements while using irregulars to stage a guerilla war against the FK throughout Catalonia and Spain. Attempt to smash the spanish rebels aswell.

France

It is essential that we break free from our pocket immediately. Using our regulards and the Garde Nationale which we have accompanying MacMahon and the Conseil, lead a campaign towards Paris in an attempt to break free from our pocket and liberate the capital of France. It is at this point that the GN teams within Paris should up their terror to new levels, conducting major operations against FK and puppet loyalists aswell as causing chaos against the authorities there.

Issue a call to arms for the army of MacMahon throughout France to get more support and more troops (conscription)

The Army shall consist of regulars, conscripts (the ones we already had plus the ones which come from demoted Garde Imperiale units) and Garde Nationale units. Irregulars shall be used to fight a guerilla war accross France, aswell as to set traps and serve as scouts. Special units of Guerillas will be used to incite further discontent amongst french people at their new puppet government.

The Main Army, using whatever support which can be gathered throughout France, shall advance in a lightning charge towards Paris, using a speedy, pointed advance of cavalry, infantry, and artillery to punch a hole through the Federate lines of conscripts. After we have punched our hole through the federate pocket, move immediately towards France, not bothering to put the city under siege but moving immediately to seize it for ourselves. Link up the GN inside the city with the Army outside, and storm the suburbs first, then move towards the city center - culminating in our capture of the capital and the liberation of it. Place the provisional government under arrest as traitors to the french people, while the army fortifies itself around the city of Paris. Use support from outside Paris and normandy to aid in our attack.

Attempt to gain support in strong pro french colonies such as Algeria and Nouvelle Gaulle. Mobilize the militias in these colonies and protect them at all costs.

-If we come under major attack, drop the expansion plans and simply defend, having the regular troops retreat slowly while the adepts raise up a storm to drive the attack away and the UU pick off the officers to sow discord.

-Put one point into establishing regional councils of elders (like the one which governs in Hawaii) for each province. Map of the provinces is here. Regional councils decide the minor matters of running their provinces, notifying the national council in Hilo if something important arises. Aquamancers are used as messengers between local and national provinces, with 5 aquamancers under the command of each local council.
-Increase infantry with one point.
-Expand ONLY along the coast in Mexico to connect the seperate settlements.
To clarify, Dur Veliz was my puppet state, so I did orders for it also.
 
Yeah Birdjaguar, the orders here are going to be people's best and longest. I have recieved, and a couple times sent, orders no longer than 2-3 lines. Really, don't worry, you will get better over time.

-Start a project: the Step Pyramid of Djoser. This was the first pyramid build in Egypt. All male citizens were expected to work on the pyramids, so this should increase my economy, since the population is more willing to work for the Pharaoh, as well as increasing my culture. Invest an eco point into it.
-I'm assuming I control all of Egypt, since it was unified before 3000 BC.
-Expand into the Suez Peninsula, as well as west along the coast towards Karthage and down the Nile towards Nubia. The main focus of expansion should be the Suez.

Actually, this was not my best. My best would be from ITNES or from the early stages of Dasnes, when I had more time to devote to NESing. :(

But I agree with Israelite, Birdjaguar. My orders were really small when I started aswell. You will get better over time.
