Looks like a typo in the link. (248909 instead of 248908.) Try this one for BUG: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=202755&package_id=248908&release_id=612943

I fixed the links last night, and all are pointing to the right location now.
Sam, I don't have IE even installed on my PC, so I don't know how to test it. ISA it will be fixed with IE8b3.
