What makes me sad about domination

I wish I knew the answer. I've been doing a consumer advocacy bit and bugging 2K, Aspyr and Steam to collectively take responsibility for the total lack of working multiplayer. Pretty soon I'm actually going to give them a final ultimatum before I initiate legal proceedings. It's a clear breach of several trade description acts for them to sell a product advertising a multiplayer functionality that doesn't actually work.

What bugs me even more is that some players (Yoruus (sp?)) are able to flawlessly connect and complete MP games while I've never gotten past 90 mins, and most often never past 9.

It's disgraceful on the part of the developers, really.
