Loading times experiment

Hi,

I was testing to see how fast my i7 950 PC with an SSD running at 334mb per second (Yes I know its slow) would take to load up CIV V, it took 40 seconds.

Now my Wife's PC which is a Sandy Bridge i5 2500k with a HDD running at 63mb per second loaded CIV V in 38 Seconds?

So is it not just down to speed of drive but speed of the PC as well when loading?


Any clues.
