Looking for a splash screen

Hi folks,

This is just a quick request to see if anyone has any info on a splash screen that came up today. I had never seen it before. I recently installed the Community Patch, so it may be from that. However, I searched all of the .dds files in the patch and could not find it. The image is a simple, dark background with three hands, each holding up a hammer, a sword, and a torch from left to right. It was just a really interesting image I hadn't seen before. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

I've seen that before, it's from BNW or even Vanilla, not a mod.

It's the main image from Brave New World, you can find it in the cultural policies section when you click "ideological tenets" if you haven't yet adopted an ideology.
