I've just watched the uploaded Excel file with German names, and I think that some of them should be changed:
Nijmegen --> Nimwegen
Ravenna --> Raben
Verona --> Welschbern
Temesvar --> Temeswar
Aahrus --> Arenhusen
Göteborg --> Gotenburg
Kaapstadt --> Kapstadt (current name is a combination of Dutch Kaapstad and German Kapstadt).
Furthermore, some cities in North America could be renamed. I remember playing RCF of Civ4, when I founded a colony (as Germany) and it was called "Fort Goede Hoop" (Dutch for "Fort Good Hope"), which looked weird.
I could correct the file and upload it, if my ideas were approved.
