starting game from modern era

hi guys,

when i start a game from modern era or industrial era the technelogy points are to low to get any new technology. i played till the game stopped me, but i didnt get even one technology.
unlike in civ4 normal game.

is this normal in this mod?

i dont want to start in antik time to get the modern.
i wanted to start it directly in the modern. i can but i get no any tech. through my technology points.

Sorry but mod isn't designed yet to start from advanced eras. You have to start from ancient. Eventually this will be fixed in the future but it's very low on priority. You can try to switch off Realistic Timescale under BUG options, that could help, but again the mod is not (yet) designed to start from later eras.

oh sad... but thanks for the answer. i tried nearly everything. nothing worked.

it went down from about 22000 to 120 rounds... so it helps.. i will start a new game tomorrow. thanks for this tip
