No visible saves with Mod loaded

I've noticed that once I start a game with a mod loaded, when I save it I can't see the name of what I saved. If I go to load I can see the game there, but if I go to resave I don't see any that have been saved with the mod, and if i save the same name, it doesn't ask if I want to overwrite (but it does). Also don't see the quicksave file (though functionally it is working).
