In-Game World Builder Civ V

I found the CIV IV worldbuilder to be excellent. I never used it in the begining, because I wanted to learn how to master the game. However, after I mastered the concepts in CIV IV, I would world build many games just to create a new sense of adventure, or to boost an AI, or take out all the oil except for Arabia, or what have you.
