Does BNW have language select?

Maybe I'm just getting my hopes up since I get to play tomorrow, but can I choose to play in French, or am I stuck playing in English because I ordered the game off a British site?

Most versions of the game allow you to choose your language, but there is a specific UK version that only includes English. I guess you'll find out today which one you have.

If it helps, I believe you change the language in the Steam properties for the game.

Despite being in the UK, I didn't realise there was a UK version that's English-only. Weird.

G&K had an options on settings for that. And so does the BNW Demo.

One wonders if the English only version distributed in UK is actually in (UK) English, or still in American language.

Ooh, I didn't realize you could change the language in Steam. I can confirm that you can switch BNW to French. This should make it much more fun to play as Napoleon! :goodjob:

Here is how you switch the language:
Open Steam. Click "Library". Right-click "Sid Meier's Civilization V", select "Properties". Then click the "Language" tab and choose the language you want to play in.
