Public Opinion?

It seems that being denounced also decreases my public opinion. But how I increase it? I just got massively denounced and got -30 unhappiness from public opinion and within 5 turns I believe the first city of mine will revolt (to my biggest enemy...). I already have all happiness buildings build.

You need culture as well to defend against rival tourism.

That's unfair... I have 5 cities and 4 of 'em have all buildings build and I have about 50% of all world wonders in those 5 plus I have the culture policy 4/5.

So basically there is nothing I can do about this vs a cheating AI other then just getting a super large empire to get more culture? I currently have 242 culture/turn and I'm the #1 in land-demographics. That probably means that I have a lot of culture compared to other civs.

Is there perhaps a guide on this subject (tourism/culture and cultural victor) for BNW on immortal/deity?
