Civ/Leader pairs with good synergy

When I am lazy and in a builder mood I go Louis of Ethiopia and just wonder whore like mad to a cultural victory.

I like Pericles of China and Freddy of Sumeria.

Would be fun if you could pull off the Oracle. The problem with the Aztecs is Myst + Hunting start. Myst would at least be useful if going for the Oracle, but you would likely still need to tech either AG or AH + Mining, and then maybe skip BW to go for Oracle techs. Slow building the Oracle without whips or chops would be OK with an IND leader. Getting to Writing in time may be more challenging - would depend on the start. Best case could probably be a good AH start so you could also delay AG and use AH to get to Writing. AH first, then Mining if needed, then Oracle techs, then Writing while slow-building Oracle.
