No entry in Hall of Fame

Playing as Franks, under some silly name not Clovis, and got over 35,000 points in the Fall of Rome
My fabulous victory wouldn't register in the Hall of Fame
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

If you edited the scenario, it will not show up in the HoF
