Earth Map?

After a long long hiatus from Civ(Have 3 & 4 on Steam)with no computer. A few months ago I finally got a good gaming laptop. So I was curious. Are there any good earth maps on there that also has civs placed in their proper geographic location? I used to love playing Earth18 games on Civ4 and was curious if there was anything like that for Five.

Also random ? I know but are any of the Game of Thrones mods decent?

Just search the Steam Workshop. There are plenty of mods that have Earth maps with original starting locations. Just remember, that original starting locations almost always cause unbalanced play as for example the Europe nations have nowhere to expand and get at war quickly, where the America nations have lots of places to settle and are of a huge advantage.
