I need some advise on what to do next; by way of background
  • I'm playing a standard Immortal game with William of Orange (Netherlands)
  • 3 cities; Amsterdam is at 18 pop and my other two are 15 pop.
  • Dedicated specialists in 3xopera houses, 3xamphitheaters
  • Religion Bonuses Plantations produce culture, Hermitage+8 Culture, Interfaith dialog Science for spreading religion to other religious cities, 30% cheaper missionaries (170 Faith per missionary)
  • Several culture wonders including Petra, Pyramids, +8 culture from Hermitage, (from religion) I also got Leaning Tower by saving my first GE. I'm starting to get almost all the wonders I go for but lost quite a few in the beginning
  • each of my three cities have every prerequisite building necessary for culture
  • Have held off aggression from the Iroquois from the south and Siam from the East, however I'm on Crossbows, Knights, and Longswords and they have +Musket tech but I've ringed most of my outer border with Fortresses.
  • turning 165 culture per turn
  • turning about 40 Religion per turn
  • I've finished the Tradition and Piety Tree(just now)
  • No Civ's have died and I'm worried about not only the Southwest and Southeast but also other Civ's attacking via the Northern Coastline(I don't have any coastal cities)

Can I win a culture victory turning 165 per turn at @ turn 160 or 1100 AD?
What social policies should I pursue at this point?
Should I beeline Radio at this point, I just finished Economics?
What can I do to boost my culture per turn?
What can I do to boost GA production?
Any other tips from this point forward?

I'd say go towards Archaeology (you'll get a free +6 culture from Petra), then Radio.
Definitely go for Freedom, then either Liberty (straight to the policy that decreases culture cost with number of cities) or Patronage, then Commerce/Patronage.
As for artists, make a big push for the Louvre (unlocked at Archaeology) and buy museums (also at Archaeology) if possible, otherwise hard-build them. Settle artists until finishing Freedom (+50% Golden Age length), then use them for Golden Ages after (probably - you'll have to do the math on that one). Try to ally with as many cultural city-states as you can. For future games, get the Cathedrals belief if at all possible. Cathedrals give +3 culture, +1 faith, and +1 happiness and give an artist slot, which can produce an additional 3 culture and help generate great artists.
Also, to try and stay competitive technologically, get a few DoFs and sign research agreements.
You're probably in pretty good shape. I can't say without a save file for sure. What I can say is that you seem to be on the right track, having completed 2 trees. In cultural games, you usually get your first few policies very quickly, then the pace slows down dramatically. Then it speeds back up once you can invest (or complete quests) for cultural city-states, get more wonders, have enough food to run artist specialists, etc. A save game would help a lot.

Probably should've avoided Economics and go straight for Scientific Theory first (or whatever that tech was that give public schools) so you can reach Industrial era quicker, but your science is on track for a subT300 cultural victory to me. Get public schools first then get Archeology, then go for Radio.

I would've avoided finishing the Piety tree also since the finisher + theocracy both suck. Better if you could get to Liberty Representation quicker. Now I suppose you can just get maybe 1-2 policy into Liberty before Industrial era.

How many landmarks do you have atm? Culture per turn seems a bit low but it's not bad by any means.

Also not sure why you didn't get Tithe or Cathedral or at least one religious building.

as well, i always make sure ive got a coastal city sizing up early in the game, i plant all my great artist landmarks there as well, upon finishing freedom landmark culture output doubles, and this is all in prep for the sydney opera house which gives a huge boost near the end.

Thanks for the tips I was abut late in getting religion so cathedrals and mosques were gone, I also didn't get a good spot for a coastal the only available place early on was pure desert with no food resourses within 2 spaces. I'll try and upload a save tonight

"What social policies should I pursue at this point?"

Freedom and finish it ASAP. Shame you didn't manage to get Chichen Itza or Sistine Chapel but it happens
