I want a mod that stops the AI from banning luxuries. Or better yet, completely disables to option at WC to ban luxuries. I'm pissed off by this absolute nonsense the AI calls diplomacy that consists of luxuries being banned every single congress.
I mean, if I'm a supervillain than fine, but right now I'm turtle korea and they banned my whales because [snip] you, that's why.
