Yep, apologize about that actually.
I can do another set if you'd like.
Not much I can do RIGHT away until my laptop is back, since that has all the software for recording on it.
I'd rather not bloat my friend's with software that he will have to uninstall by the end of the week or so...

Since you have an interesting helping out the mod I will teach you how to find missing tech quotes.

First open the Assets/XML/Technologies/CIV4TechInfos.xml file. You will want to look for techs that have a text quote but not an audio quote. Here is an example with Mounted Archery where it has unique tech quote but not its own audio quote. This is what you want.

			<Quote>TXT_KEY_TECH_MOUNTED_ARCHERY_QUOTE</Quote>
			<Sound>AS2D_TECH_GENERIC</Sound>

However if it looks like this ...

Code: 
			<Quote>TXT_KEY_TECH_ELEPHANT_RIDING_QUOTE</Quote>
			<Sound>AS2D_TECH_ElephantTaming</Sound>

It means it already has an audio quote.

After you find a tech without its own audio quote you will need to find where the quote is. Look in Assets/XML/Text/ROM_GameText_Civlopedia.xml file. Look up the name of the tech and then it should have the text quote.

Make sure to real the English translation. Also it can be tricky if a tech quote is over used. You will just have to get familiar with the techs and tech quotes to determine if a tech quote is already used.

Good luck and hopefully strategyonly can explain how to fully implement the files and give you access to the SVN.

Can I be taught how to fully add them to the game so they will actually play once a tech is researched?
Also... I could be in charge of fixing up all the tech sounds to make sure the right quote plays on the right tech... so many times I've noticed tech audio quotes not matching the text!
 
strategyonly will have to explain that part. i don't know myself. I mean I have an idea but he has actually done it. So better he explain than me guessing.

And yes, that would be great if you could help sort them out. No one really is in charge of that stuff at the moment. Its been more or less whomever know how to can edit those files.

You should also talk with Vokarya since he is currently the main tech guy and has been adding tech text quotes.

I disagree...

In the relativity quote is is not "casually" it is "causally". It is "causally determinate" as in "the cause can be determined" (well, more or less anyhow).

Edit: I should say that I disagree about the "everything" part, not the "Nice job" part.
