- what is "Attitude Change" ?
- what is "No Tech Trade Modifier" ?
- what is "Tech Trade Known Modifier" ?
- what is "Barb Spawn Mod" ?
- what is "Turn Barbarians Can Enter Player Land" ?
- what is "Barbarian Land Target Range" ?

That page is probably the old Vanilla one [which is the same as G&K] but the values given to the AI are different in BNW. (In Vanilla and G&K, the AI played on Chieftain while on BNW it plays on the new "AI Default Handicap" level.)

Advanced Start points only come into play when "Advanced Start" option picked. It's probably left over XML from Civ IV.

Production Free Units is the constant of units that doesn't cost production.

Production Free Units Per City is the amount of new units that doesn't cost production you get per city.

... Options Considered relates to the AI decision logic.

Attitude Change makes the AI more or less agressive depending upon if it's positive or negative. The higher the number, the greater the effect.

No Tech Trade Modifier & Tech Trade Known Modifier are left over XML from Civ IV

Barb Spawn Mod is how frequently new barbs spawn from camps.

Turn Barbarians Can Enter Player Land is the first turn number the barbs can enter that players territory.

Barbarian Land Target Range is how far the barbs will roam on land.

Barbarian Sea Target Range is how far the barbs will roam on sea

Declare War Probability is a modifier on how likely the AI is to declare war.
