Game-of-the-month style game: Aztecs

Alright, I figured out what the problem was. It looks like I had scrambled continents but not scrambled nations. I started this game last night and will post results. I think it would be fun to see what others do.

It's a good way to analyze strategy if you compare games on the same turns.
