With the new systems, its totally impossible to wage war.
it seems, that making a single DoW, makes everybody angry. this will make all trades - lux resources, delegates, open borders for tourism bonus, etc. more expensive, and wont be profitable at all.
with the new peace loving AI - there is no way of telling a civ to back down.
earlier u could just wipe out an annoying civ if it became to much, but now, not only does the AI go mad with warmongering hate, but so all the other negative modifiers makes war impossible.
btw ofc nobody hates Japan and Sweden for almost wiping out 2 other civs.
