civ5 close on startup.(system specs included)

My CIV5 would not load.. when i try to run the game it's pulling up like the sponsors/creators of this game i think (2k Logo video) .. after that it will only close without getting any error.. please help:(

i also found this information from intel website;http://www.intel.com/support/siu.htm i just let they software download system info and i found this under graphics info hope this will help.
 
Actually, that shouldn't be a real problem for CiV. According to both Fraxis and intel, CiV has been optimized for intel drivers and cards.
 
There's a nice thread somewhere in GD, where some users have put together all the statements Firaxis has made, and all have been laughing about it....or crying, depending on how you look at it.


Updating the mainboard drivers could maybe help :dunno:.

He is running DiretX 11 on a DiretX 10 card. Would that cause the problem?
