No .exe after running the download

Hopefully someone can help with the issue I am having.

I have the steam version of civilization with all the expansions and am running windows 8.

Once I run the exe that you download to get the mod there is no .exe within the fall from heaven mod folder.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I already tried deleting the first extract and extracting again, still no .exe

I don't think there should be one. You launch FFH2 in-game, or if you want a shortcut to it, add "mod=\Fall from Heaven 2" onto the end of your CIV4 shortcut.
