Anyone notice that Murray stated that Jon Shafer beta tested Civ2? I think this must be a slip up as Jon would be about 5 years old when Civ2 came out Heck he wasn't that old when he was modding Civ3!

I think Jon Shafer is 24 or 25 now so he would have been born around 1985-86.

So he would have been 10-11 when Civ II came out.

Entirely possible I guess. I do think they did mean Civ III though.

Not much to say as i already knew most of it, but i really like the graphics stand out more natural than in previous Civ games. The system of ranged combat also sounds like a nice feature. Will probably make archers more valuable in the early game.
