Hey folks,

Wedding planning is taking up a lot of my time lately, to the point that I don't have a regular consistent play time that I can commit to keeping the games I'm in flowing smoothly. So, in the interest of not slowing down the games for others, I'm bowing out of the three I'm involved in.

If anyone is interested in taking my place, pop into the thread and let them know that you'd like to replace me. They're all relatively fresh games (i.e. I haven't lost yet).

Thanks, and my apologies to the folks already in the games. Hopefully after October I can get back to some regular gaming.

Yes, we are looking for a sub for Modern Times. The game is an industrial start, but we have only played 17 turns so far. Reliable players welcome!

Though its quick Information start, its not too late , approx 15 turns into game
NWO left, and now we need sub for Celts nation (you have +3 hapiness for Hall)
This is OCC game, without nukes, but with massive wild landscape robot fights
 
Hey all, I'll be gone Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I'll be back Tuesday morning. I'm going to enable Vacation mode for the games I'm in so play nice with my AI substitute :)

We are still in need of a sub for The Big Gamble. The game has been on hold about four days now. Anyone?
 
NQ-carls13 has agreed to sub for us in The Big Gamble.

The catch though is that he's moving in about three months, and we'll likely need another sub then, as he's not sure he can get Internet in the country he's moving to.

So if anyone wants to put their hand up ahead of time to take over the Netherlands at that time, please do. :)
 
I'm glad I am only running two GMR games since it must be a headache to replace players. It appears that luciferkid has left both the games he is in currently - these happened one after the other so I assume real life has taken over.

Would anyone like to substitute in as Ethiopia on turn 37 ancient start of my all new expansion civs only game? I believe the position is competitive though I do not know where he is since it's a continents map.

Also he started a GMR game of which I now believe Foffaren is the admin by default. It is on turn 21 of a classical start. This one he is Arabia and I have to be honest is not the best spot. He settled in between two Chinese cities and bought land so tensions are pretty high, but who knows maybe you can be cool enough to turn it around! (Or die horribly but have fun doing so?)

I'm happy to sub in as Ethiopia.

Am keen to get into my first GMR game, so subbing in is probably fastest way for me.

Have also set up my own, but have to wait for players.
 
Looking for a reliable sub for a player in our game Modern Times. This is an industrial start, still fairly early. You would be taking over Austria. No known war as yet.

I would recommend against playing any games with Slyvnn/Sorc. Disappeared without a word.
