We may as well try to make CDZ defect and join us...they are already allied against us, so I don't see how it could exactly turn out bad. If we get CDZ on our side, it will help level the teams a bit (instead of 4v2 it will be 3v3).
I wouldn't be surprised if Quatronia or someone on the 4-team wants to withhold certain technologies from CDZ - something which we could prove is not so true on our alliance. We could offer much more open tech trading, more open communication, and of course point out we have no interest in backstabbing them in the immediate future, unlike some of their current team-mates.

If you are talking about the Merlot Diplomacy email, it has remained the same as far as I know. If you are referring to another email, sorry, I don't know.
