Hi all,
Modding n00b here.
I was wondering if it is possible to limit what a city can demand regarding luxury resources (those that result in "we love the king day") to what is known to them. In other words, if I did not stumble upon land with silk, nor have I met another civilization or city state which has it or has discovered it, my people can't demand it.
As simple as it is, I have a feeling it might be a problem to mod. ...is it doable?
