Unique Building: Fuzetsu (replaces Castle)
Increases the city's Defensive Strength by 10 and extra Hit Points by 100. Provides an additional +10 HP of healing to any unit that heals in a City with a Fuzetsu. Deals 10 Damage to all enemy units adjacent to a City with a Fuzetsu.

Unique Unit:
1) Great Flame Haze (replaces Great General)
While providing the same combat bonuses as a normal Great General, the Great Flame Haze can heal adjacent units by 15 HP per turn. If got killed in combat, the loss of such a great leader will cause your Empire to temporarily enter a state of Anarchy (3 turns).

2) Torch
-30% penalty while defending. Cannot attack enemy units. Will be consumed by cities if it needed to heal.

Slightly less powerful than the Crossbowman, but it can attack twice during a turn

D'awww, it's Luca! I still think Ar Tonelico 2 was the best of the series, so it's cool to see a civ based around her!
 
How on earth are you generating Great Person points in combat? What city do they accrue in?
 
If you are able to make Sword Art Online or Fairy Tail Civs, that would be awesome.
 
Sword Art Online sucks willies. So does Fairy tail, but I'd actually be pretty interested in seeing some civs out of that. The only country we know anything about is Fiore though, so I'm not sure how that would work.

Or perhaps Naruto.

I don't know any of these anime characters. Any chance of doing a mod about anime more known in the West?
e.g. Pokemon, Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, Code Geass, Bleach, One Piece, Studio Ghibli etc.

How would a Death Note civ even work? Although, I could make a design for Bleach civs, seems fun.
 
Those UAs look similar to UAs from other civs. Will be interesting to mplay with them.
 
Isn't Luca Trulywroth meant to be Luca Trulyworth? Although the unaltered name is Luca Truelywaath.

Cloche's and Frelia's names are fine though. I prefer Cloche over the original Croche after all.
 
I'm aware that there is a Code Geass mod out there on the Steam workshop, but it's really poorly made. It would be really cool to see a well made mod for it; it's one of my all-time favourite shows, and one of the few anime i still enjoy.
