Copperville is great, so would be some iron-like names later on *Especially* if we have no metals.
If we are on a tiny continent, it may be best to put this on the most hidden (inner) city, that way no one can SNEAK a look at our plots to confirm as they sail by, but they can see the city names on the trade screen.

On second thought, we can also name one along the lines of Cistine Chapel, for the fact that we are going to tech awefuly close up that line anyway.
Even if they think it's too crazy of us, the fact that I'm on the team, and our tech path seems to be going that way, we could throw them for a convincing loop that we may be indeed trying to do something silly like win through a cultural means.
And to be honest, we may in fact research Music for reall... just for that free artist though for a GA.... especially if maybe we could get to calendar quick (hint hint). And aside from that... music leads to my favourite kind of warring unit, but now we're getting too far ahead of things.
The trade value for Music is so low here since no one is as foolish as deity AIs, not even the Amazons. It all depends on how valuable that free GA may be. Ahhh hell, at least settling him gives us some free gold and Rep beakers, haha!

If we can actually input those "संसाधन शहर" names into the game, then I'm all for it. Just to cause everyone else irritation in the city lists, etc.

I think the charset Civ4 uses is restricted to ISO-8859-1, meaning just the regular stuff like the English alphabet and ñéûï etc. We could use some convoluted obsolete-names and use the romanization (omitting the fancier dots and lines on, in and around the letters that we're unable to input 
) of the Hindi translation for them:
Mass Seafood City = Baṛē Paimānē Para Samudrī Bhōjana Śahara
EDIT: I couldn't replicate it but I managed to break the city name input once... The city size and the rest of the stuff on that row were put as superscript
