O.k., for all you dumb asses out there this is how it works:

1.) I ask a question about the history of civfanatics.
2.) You answer it. If you get it wrong we laugh at you and I pick another question, but if you get it right, you pick the next question.

EXAMPLE:

ME: What was the first smily in the smilies legend?

YOU: The 'Smile' smily. What was the date Xexen signed up?

O.K., do you get it? Then let's start, HERE IS THE FIRST QUESTION:

1.) What was the date the UBB forums went up? I want the month, day, and year.

Sun, you, I, and Thunderfall registered 10/24/2000 on this UBB forum with the rest of the old timers folowing on the 25th. Its must have been open at that date, else we could not have registered.

It's a bit of backslapping for the long-serving posters, but hell, they probably deserve it. If they've managed to get away with spamming for so long then good for them.
Oh, except for Stormerne. He always writes proper paragraphs for his posts and I would bet loads of money that he has never posted one with just smilies on like those terrible ones all over the Jokes forum. His smallest post is probably the opening move of a chess game.
And Juize - if Xeven doesn't reply within a few more days, PM him and tell him to get a move on. It is his thread after all.
