rickety - I've been eliminated from this game, temporarily at least. I shouldn't be getting any turns for a little while.
 
OK, but I emailed to the address listed for the next player in-game, so the next player will need to alt-d their email address in, as I assume the address in there is correct. (I email the turn from in-game).

That feature actually still works?
 
Yes. All you need to do is enter the smtp address of your isp into your player settings (alt-d) in each game. And the next player's email address has to be there when you send the turn.
