Windows 10 D Civ Dailogue Boxes too small to read

Hi. I just go a Surface Book with windows 10. Had not played Civ in a very long time. After getting it downloaded from Steam, it works ok except the dialogue boxes are too small to read. is there a f ix for this? Any help appreciated.

Issue is caused by the Surface Book's high pixel density (i.e. it's got a very high resolution compared to screen size). Adjusting pixel density and/or screen resolution settings in your Windows graphics options should fix this; pixel density settings may be in your accessibility options, I haven't used Win10 enough to know off the top of my head (plus different graphics chips put options in different places). For reference, the Surface Book as a pixel density of 267 PPI, while something around 120 PPI should do you fine.
