I got a city gifted in a peace treaty it's producing food and science but no production, I thought they fixed this bug but apparently not.

Posting save files from before and after the peace treaty may help the Firaxis techs confirm and debug this.

I was playing multiplayer team with my friend on venice. The AI gifted him a previous city state with a peace treaty and it wouldn't let him puppet it. He had a "real" city as venice.
