Best way to dial back to GnK ?

Hello . I was planning to go back to GnK to learn the religion game better (I skipped GnK when way from civ for a while), and to take a break from all the features in BNW.

Im wondering how would be best to do it ,.. Any ideas ?

Main menu -> DLC -> unclick "Brave New World Expansion pack"

I never looked at that menu before ..
