Please help me understand something...just coming back to the GoTM series after a break for awhile...

When it says "created in Brave New World" and then later says "Gods & Kings expansion required", does that mean I need to have *both* BNW *and* G&K, or does it mean that I only need G&K but it was created by someone who owned BNW?

Basically, I want to make sure there are BNW features, because I really love what BNW added....

EDIT: OK, the discussion basically answered it...by "culture victory", it did mean the BNW culture victory...awesome!

hmm I think I'll try making my long-longed for return to GOTMs with this one. I anticipate I'll do quite poorly, as I don't understand a single strategy mentioned in this thread, haha.
