Weakest civs to play against?

Question pretty much sums it up. What are the first civilizations to crumble and whither away and what makes them so easily toppled?
Also from your experiences, what is the least scientific civilization? Who's still using cavalry while you're rushing them with robots and stealth bombers?

Venice usually sucks as the AI... the huns and mongols often have everyone hate them and get wiped out as a result...

I was once attacking reneissance era Shaka with American stealth bombers, mech infantry and modern armor...

with naval forces consisting of destroyers battleships and nuclear submarines.

Shaka had really poor land with a smallish tundra /mountanous continent which was overbuilt with huge number of cities.

This happened on immortal LOL xD
