Domination Guides?

I've beaten Civ 5 every way, aside from domination.
The guides here and at Carlsguides have been great.
However, for domination there really isn't as much of a template from Carl.
I was wondering if any of you could recommend any previously posted guide offering a template for domination or if you had your own methodology?
