Is Red Horizon going to be for Civ V/BE, or will it also be for BtS? I'm fine with either, but much prefer Civ IV overall

I got a new laptop, and The_J's last link seems to have died. Anyone have a link to the most recent version of the mod? I don't have the ability to extract it off my desktop right now.

Can someone pls tell me what exactly the aliens do in mars now?
I was very scared of them when they appeared. Thot they were gonna destroy everyone or something
