What's new in this version?:

- Updated the code for adding crews to barbarian ships since the way it was
done originally does not work. Basically ships will just leave their crew
in the water if they are not explicitly loaded into the ship. Using the
COMMAND_LOAD doesn't work since canLoadUnit always returns false for
barbarian units.

separately from improvements. This way you will be able to disconnect inland
enemy cities from their trade networks prior to invasions, slow down enemy

What's new in this version?:
A mod to slow down tech advance just a bit so that you have more time in each era. The new Warlords flavor units are used (purely for graphics) to enliven the look as well. This is a mod that's been worked on since practically day one of CIV IV, so it's matured and balanced, and as close to done as I can get it, but continued feedback is welcome.
