My best game so far, though little boring. No (subjective) mistakes this time except one: I underestimate effect of unit building/disbanding for culture rushing, producing some wealth instead.

Finish in later XIV cent, 11k jason, 202 cities (yes LITTLE boring ;) ).
Domination limit was close from around 600 ad.

However, the absolutely strange thing is that not a single town has yet flipped to me?!!??! With all my offensive culture pressing. What am i missing?

170 finally i can take Athens with the Pyras, and also the GB…. With actually quite good battle results. Which is important due to my minimalistic army.

1060 damn, Rome declares war…
1110 my tiny military manages to take the Roman core and I make peace again.
1150 now the f***** Zulu attack, with Cavs…
1240 after a few burnt down towns and the empire burning twice, i can make peace again.
1320 even though CA2 shows 1350 as the win date, the victory screen is there. Finally.

I never played a 100k before and sure never will again. That was tedious as hell.  However, I learnt a lot about that vic condition. Of course I made enormous mistakes. Like, I started to build culture way to early, did never expand up to the dom limit, lost turns before I found out that just one turn of despo each team for poprushing would have sufficed, and so on. Also too little military, so by the end, I was lucky the strong Persians did not also attack me.

Tried this one just for fun.
Mixed approach: temple first, then roughly half military, half culture; no ICS'ing at all, it's just silly, boring, braindead, blah blah blah, [insert synonym of / colourful expession meaning "totally not funny" here]. I didn't even finish the city name list, go figure.
End result and Jason scoring not that great. Clearly not a viable strategy to compete against die-hard ICS-ers. I'm not even making it into the podium, but who cares?

bc 10 - capture last Egy city, but their settler escaped to far wilderness

230 - GA by anshar victory - before FP, but PYR must be captured

520 - Rom demands wines and DoW then got refusal
530 - Gre destroyed

620 - give Rom peace (by threat of GA by their legs)
730 - start donating cities
850 - way too much diseases past century - 3-5 per turn
870 - decide to switch 2nd culture building from Pet to Lib in corrupted cities
970 - Rom again DoW us
1080 - CPT passed 1k mark, tot =40k
1110 - 1st ever flip attempt to me
1130 - 200 cities
1210 - Zul surprise attack (they was polite and have important resource trade)
1375 - in winning turn rampaging Rom destroyed Zul city, pushing domlim to critical - 1t!!

Despite no mistakes in initial expansion phase, I make one 100k specific: in core cities with outcompleted buildings I have producing wealth instead of units for disband. In 1250, after reading final Lanzelot's spolier for GOTM134, I have corrected this.
